The market is doing well, hired a local teen to run the register, added more produce and fruit, as well as fish and honey. Once fall arrives, we'll add turkey dinners for the holiday season. Thinking about selling fresh flowers at the market as well and having it be a bit more like a local artists depot, where you can find hand crafted items of all types. Who knows.
Been thinking about doing renovations for the market. During the winter season, plan on selling cooked turkey dinners to families that have no desire to cook. Joey said perhaps adding some golden trout plates as well. I will have mother cook them since she is an excellant cook. I would consider selling pies, but CupaJava has the market on baked goods :\
